    Hertfordshire Wellbeing Service is part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative, offering access to free, confidential, and highly effective talking therapies for people struggling with common mental health problems including anxiety and depression. The service offers a range of treatment options to help you to make positive changes in your life and improve your emotional wellbeing.     The Sandbox is an NHS-funded service to support children and young people between the ages of 10-25 in Hertfordshire with their mental health and well-being.
    In addition to providing NHS-funded support, The Sandbox is a central place for information about common mental health issues, with information on how to access additional support or emergency services for children and adolescents with guidance and support for parents, schools, and health professionals.
    On The Sandbox you will find a bunch of stuff about why you might sometimes feel bad and how to feel better. Sandbox offers the opportunity to join loads of online events and share your feelings with others.
